I used the Tim Holtz Vintage Shabby Paper stack. The top note is a chipboard piece that I embossed, painted with white acrylic pant, sanded and inked with Distress Inks. The heart is die cut chipboard with one of the new Tim Holtz dies, and it is painted and Stickled to within an inch of it's life :) . The wings I used a mixture of Distress Crackle Paint and white acrylic paint to get a feathery look. I finished it off with a splash of Idea-o-logy for good measure :).
